Introduction

Specifications

The total construction area of the project is in the range of 235,000sqm, including the club house area of 11,000sqm and the underground parking area of 15,000sqm. The green areas amount to a total of 45,000sqm. Meanwhile, the built-up area of the villas varies according to type:

  • Villa C (504sqm)
  • Villa C (467sqm)
  • Villa R (549sqm)

Each villa has an additional private green backyard of around 110sqm.
